1. Explain the purpose of the survey

Let your customers know the reason you are holding this survey, make them understand why they need to spend time to fill it, how valuable their oppinions are.

Don`t forget to mention amount, time. 

 

2. Tell your customers ahead

For EP: 

- put in the contract EP signs 

- tell in Outgoing Preparation Seminar 

For trainee: 

- in pre-arival webinar 

- in Incoming Preparation Seminar 

 

3. Remind

If your customers still didn`t fill the survey -> send reminders mail (call) with a link to fill the survey

4. Give appreciation
